The Rector Search Committee posted the Parish Profile on the Bethesda-by-the-Sea website on November 18th. In addition, the committee posted the OTM (Office of Transition Ministry) form on an Episcopal Church password-protected site for clergy. We also have placed the announcement of the position opening in the Jobs and Calls section of the online Episcopal News Service.
After reading these documents, interested applicants will submit their resume, personal OTM file, and letter of interest to Canon Jason Roberson, our Transition Officer at the Diocese for initial screening. The committee will begin interviewing candidates in the new year. Parishioners with suggestions for candidates may direct candidates through the above procedure but may also speak to any member of the committee.
