The Rector Search Committee has begun to receive applications through the Transitions Office of the Diocese. Bethesda’s job posting in the Episcopal News Service has been viewed nearly 900 times, and the committee anticipates an accelerated flow of applications after the holidays.
The committee is actively researching potential candidates, including several recommended by parishioners, with the intention of making them aware of our rector search. We welcome recommendations from the parish and will consider them carefully.
The committee continues to meet weekly and expects to begin interviewing candidates in the new year.
